The work consists generally of the supplying of all materials, labour and equipment for the construction of a dry pond, underground storage chambers, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, multiuse trail, landscaping of existing Heritage Park, parking lot, multiuse court, fencing as well as complete restoration as specified in these documents. The work will also include engaging with and coordinating a sub-contractor who will be completing the playground equipment as per the Town’s separate tender for this work.
